”A 10 m high reinforced concrete skeleton space frame structure (infrastructure) permits the free insertion of office floors ceilings and partitions, made of sandwich panels with wooden lattice filling (locally prefabricates).
The same skeleton supports all roofs for the large halls. These roofs, made of wooden panels are suspended on the infrastructure.
Lightweight wooden umbrella vaults with plastic lining rainproof all used parts in the infrastructure and serve simultaneously as sunshades.
The basement lifted over ground level contains all services, entrances, car landings, reception lobbies for both pedestrians and cars.” (transcript of the txt in the picture)
